- ➤ Dakota College’s Bottineau campus hosted its annual Leadership Day on Friday, where nursing students trained with a high-tech mobile simulation lab that provided hands-on experience with emergency care scenarios. The training featured a 70-year-old patient with congestive heart failure and included skill tests like intubation and IV insertion—preparing students for real-life care. Minot Daily News

- ➤ Gov. Armstrong signed a property tax relief and reform package that raises the credit for primary residences from $500 to $1,600 and sets a 3% cap on local tax budgets—easing costs for homeowners today. Lawmakers also approved measures for phone-free schools, reentry programs and enhanced health, military support and infrastructure using Legacy Fund earnings—adding long-term benefits for the state.
