- ➤ Minot Fire Department responded to a house fire at 1028 Valley Street Monday morning after the sole occupant safely exited — firefighters from all five stations quickly controlled the flames as the home sustained significant damage and no injuries were reported. Minot Daily News

- ➤ Minot Police arrested Delino Deshields Nelson—32—on Monday during an unrelated call in northwest Minot after receiving information he was wanted in Tarrant County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; after locating him at a local hotel, officers took him into custody and sent him to Ward County Jail pending extradition. - ➤ On Monday afternoon, police in Minot arrested Delino Nelson – a 32-year-old fugitive wanted in Texas for aggravated assault – at a northwest hotel and he is now held at Ward County Jail pending extradition. KFYR-TV
