Citizens Alley's new ice-skating rink is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.+ visitors must bring their own skates.
Vincent United Methodist Church will organize its fourth annual Miracle of Christmas event on December 10 from 4–7 p.m. at the Minot Moose Lodge.
The event (providing free shopping, gift wrapping, hot meals, door prizes, treat bags, and visits with Santa) will support up to 1,000 local families facing financial hardship.
🎭 Culture
The Dickens Village Festival in Garrison began on Friday, November 28 and is continuing today as the town is transformed into a Victorian setting with street-food vendors serving seasonal treats, traditional rides including an English double-decker bus and horse-drawn carriages, and nightly parades starting around 5:30 p.m.—the festival will also feature craft shows, live performances and holiday attractions over future weekends on December 5—6 and December 12—13.
