Richard Reuer, a retired volunteer at Minot Pizza Ranch—who has coordinated wreath sponsorships and volunteer efforts for ten years—continues to honor local veterans by partnering with the Civil Air Patrol to support the Wreaths Across America initiative.

He will join the squadron on October 25th at 10 a.m. to plant crosses at Rosehill Cemetery, and volunteers will lay wreaths on December 13th at 10 a.m. for a ceremony held at noon.

The Pride of Dakota Showcase in Minot adds culinary demonstrations and an Ag in the Classroom booth where kids can decorate mini pumpkins and learn about agriculture — over 100 vendors are participating.

The free event runs today from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the State Fair Center.
