- ➤ Hundreds gathered in Minot on Saturday morning for a walk and vigil honoring political activist Charlie Kirk (fatally shot on Sept. 10 while speaking at an event in Utah) as participants carried flags, posters, flowers and balloons down Broadway to Scandinavian Heritage Park where they prayed and sang. - ➤ On Saturday, hundreds gathered at Oak Park for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s—raising awareness and funds for research while honoring loved ones lost to the disease. Community teams from Minot High and Minot North cheered on the walkers as they supported the cause. KFYR-TV
