Minot honored Pam Davy and Rolf Haugen on Monday, Aug.

24 for strengthening local bonds with Norway through Norsk Hostfest — celebrating Davy’s leadership from 1978 to 2025 and Haugen’s support as a former city manager who made frequent trips from Norway.
