The North Dakota State Fair honored service members on Tuesday with Military Appreciation Day by offering discounted rides and hosting a Military Beef Picnic organized by the ND Stockmen’s Association, ND Beef Commission, and CattleWomen.

The Minot City Council approved a $238,909 bid for five 2025 Ford Interceptor Utility vehicles from a Minnesota auto center while debating the lack of local bidding + they also approved projects including a micro-hospital development, a bridge repair contract, a $269,231 MAGIC Fund match for a PACE loan for AGT Foods, an installation readiness grant application, flood protection home acquisitions, and utility improvements at the airport.
