Western ND Honor Flight — serving as grand marshal — will lead the upcoming State Parade in Minot to honor local veterans.

Minot Police will block parts of Burdick and Broadway today starting at 8 a.m. for the North Dakota State Parade that begins at 9:15 a.m. at 18th Avenue SW and South Broadway; a 5k run is scheduled at 8:45 a.m. along the route (celebrating 250 Years of Heroes).
