- ➤ A Furry Friends rescue dog has been picked to join NBC’s Purina ProPlan Incredible Dog Challenge — the selection highlights the shelter’s recent efforts — and it will appear on the show soon. KFYR-TV
- ➤ Minot Public Library has scaled back digital services due to rising costs and uncertain funding, with Director Zhaina Moya saying that increased demand has pushed budgets to their limits. The library capped audio book prices and shifted funds from physical purchases — additional support from Friends of the Library helped boost its Hoopla budget. Minot Daily News
- ➤ Patrick Pryor and his grandmother Leo Gabrial received the keys to a four-bedroom home in northwest Minot on Wednesday through Habitat for Humanity Northern Lights so the family can soon live there with his two sons. The home was rebuilt in 2014 after flood damage and is purchased with a zero-interest loan + the nonprofit will begin fundraising for its next project. Minot Daily News

- ➤ A pedestrian was struck by a small SUV at the intersection of 31st Avenue Southwest and 16th Street Southwest about 3 p.m. on Saturday—92-year-old Minot man sustained head and other injuries, was pushed 30 feet, and taken to a hospital while 81-year-old Jean Marie Nelson was cited for failure to yield.
