Families with loved ones buried at Fairview Cemetery raised concerns after memorials were removed last month; the cemetery board said it followed its cleanup rules and will review its notification process.

Volunteers are finishing detail work on the F-15 display at Dakota Territory Air Museum — whose painting began before an early June pilot reunion — as part of an annual plan to refresh one outdoor plane.

Minot City Council approved a $500,000 MAGIC Fund investment on Monday, July 6 to launch Minot State University's new innovation engineering program (designed to secure a $250,000 state Challenge Grant match).

The council also approved a $250,000 transfer to support the Souris Basin Planning Council’s Business Accelerator Fund.
