- ➤ Minot Police Department added Comfort K9 Freya—donated by Bluegrass Bernedoodles after handler Sgt. The design, now 60% complete and under review by state and federal agencies, indicates a $52 million project that will be bid next spring and is scheduled to start construction in 2026.
