Minot's annual Fourth of July Parade will start at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 4 at 25th and Fourth, with pre-parade line up at 8:30 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church — followed by free family festivities at Oak Park and races plus fireworks display later that evening.
