- ➤ On Tuesday, May 12, the Civil Air Patrol honored Cadets Ezekiel Hoverson and Kohen Merkel with the Brigadier General Billy Mitchell Award for exceptional leadership and service during a ceremony that featured remarks from local CAP officials + marked their promotion to cadet officer roles. - ➤ Sen. Hoeven said at a Senate Interior and Environment Appropriations hearing that EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin will soon issue the final approval needed for Minot’s former Superfund landfill redevelopment near Maysa Arena. The plan includes a park with disc golf, mountain biking, and cross-country trails once approval is granted. Minot Daily News
