Minot Police, working with the Ward County Narcotics Task Force, arrested two men—ages 24 and 21—on felony charges for supplying fentanyl linked to overdose incidents reported on March 16 in southeast Minot.

South Prairie High School's speech team, started three years ago, reached state level success when all eight seniors qualified for state and the team placed third at the competition.

Coach Paula Rauschenberger said the program will expand after the seniors graduate (the team built valuable public speaking skills).

Minot International Airport is seeking 50 to 100 volunteers for an emergency exercise in June per FAA guidelines; volunteers will attend an 8 a.m. safety briefing on June 13, children may join with a guardian, and the airport will show activity on both the secure + public sides while scenario details remain confidential.
