➤ Minot veteran Jim Clifford described his memorable trip with the Western N.D. Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. on April 26–27 after visiting memorials and meeting officials. The group will serve as grand marshal for the state parade on Saturday, July 18 in Minot. Minot Daily News

➤ Minot will host ten weeks of free live music in Citizens Alley this summer thanks to the Levitt AMP program. The series features national, regional and local acts—such as Dakotah Faye, Jessie Veeder and Raynes—and will run from June 4 to Aug. 20. KFYR-TV
➤ Gray Media and KFYR launched the Star-Spangled Sing-Off contest inviting entrants to send in a cappella rendition of the National Anthem for a chance to win a Nashville trip.
