CRIME NEWS

  • Delon Davis, charged with the fatal shooting of Mark McMillan last summer, rejected plea deals during Tuesday's hearing and will stand trial next month—jury selection begins May 16—and faces the possibility of life in prison without parole if convicted.  KFYR-TV

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • A timeline details key moments at Minot Air Force Base from the 1980s to recent awards and runway upgrades, including a canceled missile plan and the end of a fighter squadron.
