- ➤ At the Dakota Territory Air Museum on Monday, Apr. 20, Dale Lennon and Dr. Bill Peterson explained plans for a 20,000-sqft Military Gallery being built on the state Capitol Grounds in Bismarck as part of a larger 67,000-sqft Heritage Center expansion.
