- ➤ Minot Mayor submitted his resignation letter after a report over an internal complaint was released — the decision follows a detailed internal review. KFYR-TV
- ➤ Tuesday’s resignation of Mayor Tom Ross marked the latest change in Minot city government — it followed events that began with Police Chief John Klug being placed on administrative leave on Sept. 12 and continued with a January meeting and complaint by the city attorney.
