- ➤ North Dakota Health and Human Services finished a five-year needs assessment that identified new priorities for maternal and child health. The agency will begin new activities on Oct. 1 and run them until Sept. 30, 2030—public comments on the draft priorities are accepted through April 4. Minot Daily News
- ➤ Gov. Kelly Armstrong spoke Monday at the Minot Area Chamber EDC meeting, saying military friendliness is shown by both strong support for service members and small gestures like cupcakes. He plans to sign a bill today that will allow a military spouse at Minot Air Force Base to sell baked goods across state lines & he highlighted that the base had a $651 million economic impact last year.
