- ➤ Robin Hofer has joined Dakota Square Mall as its new general manager and will work with leasing and operations to improve the property’s tenant mix while developing community partnerships. He brings over 35 years of retail experience and returns to his North Dakota roots following Chuck Massey’s retirement. Minot Daily News
- ➤ The Lignite Energy Council announced Jason Laumb as vice president of research and development — he will join in May, replacing Mike Holmes who retires in June after 25 years. Laumb brings nearly three decades of energy research experience to lead technology commercialization for the lignite industry. Minot Daily News

- ➤ Harley Neshem was inducted into the ND Transportation Hall of Honor on March 10 in Bismarck. The Berthold contractor, president of Gratech Company LLC, has dedicated 40+ years to improving state highways and leading major projects like the four-lane U.S. Highway 2 expansion. Minot Daily News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ NDHHS released weekly data for the week ending March 7 showing influenza cases rose to 576, RSV cases increased to 162, and COVID-19 cases dropped to 156 statewide. The report classifies all three as moderate and states the figures are preliminary (subject to revision). Minot Daily News
