- ➤ The MindGym at the McAdoo Fitness Center in Minot Air Force Base offers Airmen a tool to reduce stress and improve focus with phone-booked sessions during regular gym hours (feedback is positive). Discussions for a second installation are underway. Northern Sentry

- ➤ Minot High boys basketball beat Bismarck St. Mary’s 66-44 Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Magic City Campus — Drew Jordan led with 20 points and 13 3-pointers, while Minot North lost 85-44 to the Sabers. Both teams will play Friday at 7:45 p.m. in their next matchups. Minot Daily News
