- ➤ INSPIRITUS Community Health Foundation distributed over $1.55 million in checks at its 9th Annual Twice Blessed Program held Thursday, Jan. 22 at the Sleep Inn in Minot. - ➤ The state’s Rural Health Transformation Program has made over $198 million available for projects like telehealth and workforce upgrades.
