CULTURE NEWS

  • Chart-topping singer Niko Moon will perform on Wednesday, July 22 at the North Dakota State Fair’s Grandstand stage — his act is part of the 2026 Grandstand Showpass featuring Zach Top and Jessie Murph — and the fair will also host two nights of the Indian Horse Relay championship.  Minot Daily News
